[Designer’s comment] This collection includes Get Out the Vote poster designs, sticker designs, newspaper ad design and postcard designs for a GOTV effort at Bard College. They were quickly produced using publically available images and traditional typography—a great way for grass roots political campaigns to get a professional looking and effective message out with little or no cost. [TYPOGRAPHY] Gotham is in the Obama poster and various weights of Titling Gothic and Champion are used in the others. [TECH NOTE] In addition to messaging/copywriting, graphic design/typography and production, NYDL also managed printing and distribution.
